Fate 2Haunted season is now live, and sees the return of Leviathan. Kalos’ ship has found its way back to this galaxy, despite Bungie’s claim that it is now “abandoned and rotten”. Leviathan appears to form a relationship with the Pyramid’s ship on the Moon, and that set the stage for the events of the new season. The Nightmare Scalable Containment activity tasks players with summoning nightmares and ending their threats. Weekly Sever quests are also centered around those nightmares, specifically about severing Kalos’ grip on them.

Haunted season also marks the return of the Trespasser Exotic Sidearm. Shiro-4 originally appeared SaucepanSeason Pass players will be able to unlock it immediately. The Season Pass will also provide new décor sets that will make the player “a shining fortress of fire and steel.” Players can also find over 100 rewards associated with the Season Pass, including cosmetics, upgrade items, and more. Of course, players looking to spend less can also look forward to free seasonal rewards.
That’s not all the new season has to offer! Haunted Season also added a redesign to the solar sub-category “powered by a system of super-customizable sides and parts.” There has also been a major overhaul for Iron Banner, as Bungie revealed earlier this month. Iron Banner has added a new map and a new reputation bonus path. With all this content and these changes, Season of the Haunted definitely seems to have a lot for players to enjoy! Season 17 began on May 24 and is scheduled to end on August 23.
